This listing is for an in-person class in Fallbrook California. This cooking class will be such a fun one! You will be learning how to make gnocchi and because it's Fall we will be using pumpkin as a main ingredient. Class includes a welcoming appetizer with focaccia, soft drinks. You will learn the basics of gnocchi making, a sauce and the process of how to finish the gnocchi sorrentina style. Dinner will end with a homemade dessert. Class is from noon to no later than 5:00 p.m. you're welcome to bring your favorite drink everything else would be provided.
